Delete your RideQuest account
You can delete your rider account and everything stored with it. Here is how, whether or not you still have the app installed.
In the app — the fastest way
Open RideQuest, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom and choose "Delete my account". You will be asked for your password to confirm it is you. The account and its data are removed straight away.
If you no longer have the app
Write to us from the email address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We may have to check it is really you before we act, so that nobody else can have your account removed.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, member number and club membership.
- Your challenge enrolments, progress and check-in records.
- Every photograph you submitted.
Deleting your account cannot be undone, and your certificates go with it.
How long it takes
Your data is removed from the live service immediately. Nightly backup copies expire within 14 days, and if a backup ever has to be restored the deletion is applied again.
